Your Marketing Insights
SEO, AI-answer visibility, and social — measured honestly.
What it is
Marketing Insights is the measurement side of your team — one page that answers "is any of this working?" across the three places your business shows up: search (where you rank and what that's worth), AI answers (whether assistants reference you when customers ask), and your social accounts (what actually got seen). It lives in the sidebar under Marketing Insights, organized into SEO, GEO, and Organic Social tabs.
The SEO tab: where you rank, and what it's worth
Every week, Staffiva takes a fresh snapshot of your web presence: the keywords you rank for, where each one sits on Google, its search volume and cost-per-click, and what your organic traffic would cost to buy as ads — a single "traffic value" number that turns rankings into money. You'll also see your domain authority, your backlink profile (total links and referring domains), and how it all moved since the last snapshot.
The point isn't a wall of charts — it's that your team acts on this. Topic recommendations, article briefs, and the keywords your articles target all come from this same data, so what gets written next is aimed at real gaps, not guesses.
The GEO tab: showing up in AI answers
More and more customers ask an AI instead of scrolling results. The GEO tab measures two things about that shift. First, AI Overview presence: of the keywords you're tracked on, how many now trigger Google's AI-generated answer box — the surface where being cited matters more than being ranked. Second, AI answer visibility: how often your domain is referenced inside AI-generated answers, from an index of ChatGPT answers and Google AI Overviews.
A scope note, stated in the product itself: that visibility number covers ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews — the surfaces in the index we license. Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity aren't part of that index yet, so we don't claim them. The count refreshes monthly with your snapshot, and the page always shows the date it was measured.
The Organic Social tab: what your socials actually earned
Once your accounts are connected, this tab pulls your real numbers: impressions, engagement, and follower movement across every network, side by side. You'll see what share of your reach came from Staffiva-authored posts, a platform comparison so you know where you're punching hardest, your top posts for the window, and a posting-cadence view of when things actually went out.
Honest numbers, on purpose
One rule runs through the whole page: real data, or none. A number that was measured says so; a number that's modeled is labeled an estimate; and when something hasn't been measured yet, you'll see an empty state that says exactly that — never an invented zero dressed up as insight. If a card names a date, that's genuinely when the data was pulled.
Cadence and cost
- SEO snapshots run weekly and cost 3 credits each.
- AI answer visibility refreshes monthly as its own 2-credit line item — it's a premium data pull, so it doesn't ride along on every weekly snapshot.
- You can also run a snapshot on demand from the page whenever you want a fresh read.
See Credits, explained for how those fit your allowance.
Where it all ends up
Marketing Insights is also the raw material for your monthly report — the strategist narrative that opens the report draws on the same search, AI-visibility, and social data, written up as what worked, why, and what your team is changing next.
