1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staffiva ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Staffiva is an AI-assisted brand management platform that helps small businesses monitor social media, draft responses, and generate content. The Service operates on a human-in-the-loop model — all AI-generated content is queued for user review and approval before any action is taken.

3. Early Access and Beta

Staffiva is currently in early access. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during this period. Features, pricing, and functionality may change. By joining the waitlist or using the Service during early access, you acknowledge that you are using pre-release software and that Staffiva cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to Staffiva.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post or distribute spam, misleading content, or misinformation
  • Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

6. AI-Generated Content

Staffiva uses artificial intelligence to generate draft content and suggested responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content generated by the Service. Staffiva does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific use case.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and TikTok. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Staffiva is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension or termination of your accounts on those platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Staffiva platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Staffiva. Content you create, upload, or publish using the Service remains your property. You grant Staffiva a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Staffiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
